I’m not gonna start a fight here. I don’t know what the appeal is meant to be in a show like Man VS Wild. Whether its the tips he gives about surviving the wilderness or just watching him do crazy ish.
You watch an action movie to get entertained. Not because Tom Cruise says he does his own stunts or you believe he came up with all those witty lines (ummm dialogue) on the spot.

To call Boracay the Gold Coast of the Philippines really doesnt do it justice. Especially because when you step out of your resort your staying in you step straight on to the beach and get views like this.
So I just spent a week in Manila and I loved it over there. I originally didnt have high hopes on my time there due to last time I was there and from what people where telling me. Last time I was there was about 12 years ago and from what I remember it was a pretty dirty place. The sky was always grey with pollution, buildings very dirty everywhere and so much poverty. There is still definitly the poverty and the pollution but the area has definitely gotten better. I didnt have any communication problems with anyone at all as everyone spoke english. I cant say i really experienced all of Manila and I probably just saw the nicer side of town. Read the rest of this entry »
